Information you provide
This website does not use an on-site inquiry form. If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message content and any information you choose to include. If you call, our telephone provider may process the caller number, call identifiers, date and time, duration and any voicemail audio you record. Please do not send confidential information before conflicts clearance.
How information may be used
Contact information and message content may be used to respond to your inquiry, identify the parties for a conflicts review, evaluate whether the firm can assist and maintain necessary communication records.
Voicemail processing
Twilio processes incoming calls and voicemail recordings. Resend and the firm’s email providers process the notification and audio attachment for delivery to authorized recipients. A recording is removed from Twilio only after Resend confirms that the email was delivered to the recipients’ mail server through an authenticated delivery event. A delayed, bounced or failed delivery does not trigger deletion. The delivered email and attachment may remain in the firm’s mailbox under its communication-retention practices.
Website technology
This site does not use advertising pixels, behavioral profiling or an on-site inquiry database. Vercel hosts the website and may process routine request data such as IP address, device information, requested page and timestamp for delivery, reliability and security. The Contact page includes an OpenStreetMap map; loading it may transmit routine request data to OpenStreetMap.
Service providers and access
Twilio, Resend, the firm’s email providers, Vercel and OpenStreetMap process limited information to provide telephone, email, hosting and map services. Access to inquiry communications is limited to authorized recipients and service providers that need the information to perform those functions.
Retention and security
Voicemail recordings are removed from Twilio after authenticated confirmation of delivery to the recipients’ mail server. Recordings remain with Twilio when email delivery is delayed, bounced or failed so the firm can investigate or recover the message. Email messages and voicemail attachments may be retained as needed to manage inquiries, comply with legal or professional obligations, resolve disputes and protect the security of the firm and its systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
